Regional Cancer Center Expansion
The Enduring Hope Campaign launched in 2019 to begin fundraising for the upgrade of our Cancer Center. After many months of analyzing the need for a new cancer center and looking at various options, MCCH leadership decided to build a new cancer center by renovating a portion of the existing hospital. This allows operations at the existing cancer center to continue without disruption while the building is completed. This $12 million project will increase the number of infusion stations to 16 and will provide more privacy to the patients. The plan includes a new linear accelerator and improved laboratory facilities. The goal is to provide convenient access to all of the care necessary for cancer patients close to home.
